Report an error
Found a number that looks wrong? The quickest route is the report an error page. To make the report easy to check, include:
- The page URL where the problem happened.
- What you entered into the calculator.
- What you expected to see.
- What you actually got.
With those four details, most errors can be reproduced and fixed quickly.
Frequently asked questions
How quickly will I get a reply?
Ian reads every message himself and replies as soon as he can. Error reports with full details — the page URL, what you entered, what you expected, and what you got — are the fastest to check and fix.
Can I suggest a new calculator or feature?
Yes. Suggestions are welcome by email. Include what the tool should do and, if you can, an example of the calculation, so it can be checked against real stitch math.
